The originating question
PortusSophia began with a practical question about systems that could preserve the appearance of function while losing the people, purposes, distinctions, and capacities moving through them. The employment interface was the first visible carry failure. It is not the programme’s subject matter and does not validate its later claims.
Why architecture
Recurring failures of carry, translation, provenance, and explanatory responsibility may not be repairable by adding another isolated theory or vocabulary. PortusSophia asks whether a declared architecture can permit distinct bodies of work to enter relation without requiring either the domain or PortusSophia to absorb the other.

Governance before unification
PortusSophia binds its own authority through a declared interface before it asks another body of work to enter relation. Programme existence, governance operation, usefulness, candidate field status, external recognition, and philosophical correctness remain separate claims.
The governance process may be functioning while the stronger claim that its instruments constitute one unified field remains under examination.
